主要从事高分子材料与工程相关的以应用为导向的基础研究、技术开发、以及产业化等方面的工作。已在高分子材料领域知名学术期刊发表学术论文近20篇，其中第一作者与通讯作者论文10篇。授权高分子材料相关的国内外发明专利近10项，其中包括授权PCT国际发明专利5项、授权美国发明专利1项，部分专利成果已孵化为公司与产品。近期主持和参与中国、德国各类项目6项(中国4项，德国2项)。
